These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Retijus AI website and demo chat application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who we are
"Retijus AI", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service. You can contact us using the details provided in the Contact section.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service is a prototype / demo
Retijus AI is an experimental prototype for intent-based networking concepts. Outputs are generated automatically and may be incorrect or incomplete. The Service may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Upload or submit malicious code, exploits, or content designed to disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in ways that could degrade performance or bypass limits.
- Send sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, financial details) or confidential production network secrets unless you understand and accept the risk.
Your content
"Input" means the text, prompts, and any files or data you submit to the Service. "Output" means the responses generated by the Service.
- You keep ownership of your Input. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
- License to operate the Service: you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your Input and Output as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for your use of Output. You must validate Outputs before using them, especially if they relate to security, networking policies, access control, or operational decisions.
AI features and third-party processing
The Service uses third-party AI providers to interpret your intent and generate responses. This typically requires sending your Input (and sometimes relevant conversation context) to those providers to produce Output.

Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Some features may use Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), which means the Service may search and retrieve relevant internal reference material (or user-provided content, if enabled) to help generate more useful Output. RAG does not guarantee correctness.
Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Service, its visual design, branding, and underlying software, excluding your Input. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.
No professional advice
The Service is provided for demonstration and educational purposes and does not provide professional advice. Any networking, security, or policy-related Output is generic and may be unsafe if applied to real systems without review.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, or suspend the Service (including any features) at any time. We may also impose rate limits or usage restrictions to keep the Service stable and fair.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retijus AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €50.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retijus AI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
